Same as all the other parliaments all over the world and all other governments who fail to address the pressing environmental degradation. It is time to act. We will convene as an <b><u>environmental parliament </u></b>to respond with the degree of urgency required. </p><p><b>Come and join us: www.environmentalparliament.org</b></p><p><b>The five Bills before the Environmental Parliament will include measures for the top five concerns in the UK : </b></p><p><b>1) 10% reductions in UK Greenhouse gases by the end of 2010<br />2) A million Green Jobs and emergency insulation program<br />3) Banning all domestic flights by the end of 2010<br />4) A 55 mph national speed limit <br />5) Halving (on average) the cost of public transport and terminating the new roads program </b></p><p>Come to the People's Parliament. </p>]]></description></item></channel></rss>
